The top number, "3878261EH" is the Chevy p/n for the carb, the "List-3310" is Holley's designation, and the "662" is a date code - yours was built in the 2nd week of June, 1966. So, it wouldn't have been an original equipment carb, but an off-the-shelf replacement.
